Treasurer and Executive Director return from Kenya

In December, ACCES board treasurer David Connop, a retired forensic auditor and partner in Deloitte & Touche, accompanied Executive Director Rick Juliusson to Kenya in December as part of a CIDA-sponsored capacity building exercise.  The two representatives were very impressed with the management of operations under Programs Director Enock Mambili, and the transparency and accuracy of the financial accounting.  Thanks also go to volunteers Ed and Jane Youngberg, who just returned from a 3-month stay in Kakamega to assist the local staff in training and further developing management systems.
